Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Ensure the wig is unworn, the lace is uncut, and all original packaging and free gifts are included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

    Ship It Back

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
